It's going to be 38 Dorchester Street for a hit-and-run. We had Seth stating he witnessed a hit-and-run. Unknown where the owner of the motor vehicle that got hit was. It was going to be a black SUV, Masserage 4, Lima, Papa, Foxtrot 23 versus a Toyota RAV4, Masserage 6, Alpha, Juliet, Juliet, 33. Caller states he will be on scene. But it's been holding for about two and a half hours.
