It's a female, White, wearing a white tank top, told the caller as he and his friend walked by that she was going to beat them up. I'm feeling it. Caller said that the female is standing on a porch at a yellow house with brown and wood railings. Caller said the house was closer to the top of the hill but doesn't know the address. And the suspect at 609 Madison that we've been at every day for the last two weeks, 10-40. 6, copy. 314, copy.
