Have an area check for 10-37 activity in the area of Cedar and Imperial Oaks Drive, including northbound on Cedar Street with a time left of about five minutes. There was a male who was yelling and shouting in the area, something about the hospital, something about yelling and running back to West Liberty. Caller advised that he was yelling so loud he could hear it over a TV, but he was headed towards the school, and caller was worried about things going out at the school tonight.
