1602 Madison, dust of liquor and spirits. Caller saying someone took, I guess, their credit card and tried to use it at the store. Guess they took off when they got there. It's a male, black, black book bag, yellow jacket, black pants. Don't know if he's on foot or in a vehicle. 22.
