Hey, good evening. I was at a disorderly 10-43, North 2nd Street in regards to a stolen scooter. I'm in contact with the victim who stated that he's been in a car accident in 1935 hours. He left the scooter, ran off with the key in the ignition and snagged the weapon for his operative. I'm inside the apartment building to grab something when he came out. He said that he appears to be a male. He wasn't able to give me a description of what he looked like. He's wearing a white t-shirt. He jumped on top of the motorbike, turned it on, and took off.
