馃挼 to 馃崺 it's one of the regulars by the bus stop who's reached the "sleeping" point of the drug they took. I called so many times when I was new to the area before realizing that it sadly is just a daily occurrence for some folks. On the off chance it's not this....then I truly hope the person is okay & gets the care they need.
