Time on cat 650. Person with a knife, 6 North Hamline in the park. Says two females jumped the caller. Caller stated they have a knife and one of the defendants had a ice pick. Then there's our female wearing a blonde wig with ice pick. Other female wearing black clothing. Says they're all inside the park. They refused EMS. Caller's waiting on the corner. No further.
