12409 North Tatum at the CVS, south side of the building for a white male, dark gray shirt, dark jeans, backpack. Laying by the trap ad in front of the CVS with lighter in hand, looks like on 237 David, no visible injuries. He'll be laying between the CVS and the dentist's office. Complainant's going to be against current that they're passing out from 237 David. Called in by a passerby at 1724 hours, unit 12.
