58-57-59, proximity dispatch, 211 in progress at Target. 8101 Cosimnes. A juvenile put a controller in his backpack, made threats to have someone return in harm loss prevention. They tried to apprehend him, but he's repeating, nothing physical has happened. Male, Black, 13, 5'5", thin-build, black shirt, pajama pants, black shoes, and a backpack. The juvenile did drop the controller and take off, continuing westbound in the parking lot.
