He's repeating that he's at the Westboro Behavioral Facility. He identifies himself as Kevin, unknown last name. He's saying he's running away from a male named Andrew Wilson that just walked into the clinic with a firearm. He's describing this male as a white male, black hair, black shirt, with a tattoo of a goat on his arm.
