And units responding to 415 weapons, caller's advising the subject was sitting on his bicycle while in line, the subject started riding northbound through the parking lot with a pit bull in his hands.

And the subject came to the 925 on a bicycle. The subject that's armed also has a medium-length brown dreads. The pipe is approximately 8 inches to 1 foot long and subject just put it in his back pocket again.
