2 Charles 91, any other unit in the area of 741 and 42 for a traffic offense? Time last about 15 minutes. It's a black sedan occupied by two males that are throwing water balloons out of the vehicle. Vehicle's last seen southbound on 741 from 42. The caller is no longer in the area and did not get a plate.
