Medic 5. Medic Engine 5, Gold Cross 595. This is a modified assignment. You're responding to 2940 East Oakhurst Drive on 1055 South. This is an 80-year-old male, conscious, breathing, alert. Tripped going downstairs. Fell approximately six steps. Laceration on the top of their head. Bleeding but not serious. Patient is still on the ground. This is a short fall prior.
