33, 10-4, half of this condition, West Genesee and Liberty, just in this area. Two black males, approximately 15 to 17 years old, was walking down West Genesee towards downtown. One's got an Adidas hoodie, black pants, shorter. The other one was, they were jumping in front of cars, trying to pass by, apparently. And the other one is in a blue shirt, black pants. No one talks, no one. 19-03. 30, copy, we're able to add that.
