15A shoplifting, 68 Stafford Street in Marshalls. Margaret from Loss Prevention reporting a male walked out with two pairs of sneakers. I guess he's a repeat offender over here. He's described as a white male, navy blue red socks hat, red hoodie, gray sweatpants with a neon yellow and black sneakers on. He was on a bicycle last seen headed towards the Shaws in the plaza.
