Radical 8 holding an anal job, 319 Rogers Parkway. States neighbors have a vicious pit bull in the garage that they found on Hudson. That does not belong to the neighbor. Second time this doctor has tried to attack the neighbor. Caller resides at 311. Has young children. Dog's not on a leash and is in the garage, very aggressive.
