1812. 1812. 1823 for backup. 1823. We have a suspicious person, 425 West Dickens. Received a couple of calls on it. Caller states a male Black 5'10", wearing dark clothing, is going through the glove box of a black Toyota sedan. Says he walked around the vehicle for a while before he opened the door and got inside.
