1002 East Jefferson at Foley and Murphy. For us, it says this male, light in his 60s, wearing a baseball cap, yellow jacket with glow stripes on it. He was pacing back and forth in front of the business and on the property, yelling. He's now walking toward Eddie, possibly hiding in the bushes currently. 1002 East Jefferson.
