07. 3520 Barchetown Road. Again, 3520 Barchetown Road at the Taco Bell. There's a lady with a dog inside the restroom, refusing to leave, refusing their service. White female, gray shirt, red pants. There's also a white male wearing a gray shirt and shorts. Coming at caller, said they won't leave until PD arrives.
