3, Medic 11 en route. Medic 11 en route. Engine 2, Medic 11 en route for a delta fall. 2575 Roosevelt, cross of Lassen and 99, Mass Freeway to Adam. The patient's having a very hard time articulating. He's a 55-year-old male, conscious and breathing. He fell, hitting his head and his hip. He also was ice-sick yesterday. He was then involved in a scooter crash. He's very confused and is with someone else who opened the door.
