401 East Jefferson. It's actually going to be on the corner of 5 and Jefferson. There are two females, one black female, one white female, blaring music, pushing babies in strollers, screaming at the children. Caller was concerned for the children's safety. Black female's wearing a blonde wig, black hoodie with a white t-shirt. There's a white female with a blonde hair, black shirt, and black pants. 401 East Jefferson.
