Engine 8, I copy response over to 861 Camden Avenue. This is called in by Campbell PD. They are on scene in the area, and one of the PD units noticed a low-heating wire. They are unaware if it's a comm wire or PG&E. There's no RP North sparking, though. Engine 8.
