166, code 1, person down, Biddle Road, Medford. 166. 166, you're responding code 1 for a person down, 2280 Biddle Road in Medford. This is going to be for an unknown aged male laying down by the fence. Caller was only seen through a camera. When entering through the parking lot, male is laying to the left and is not moving at all and is face down.
