27 and 32, for the units going out to Normandie at East Freeway, I did get two separate calls for him. One said that he was at East Freeway at Normandie by the Jack in the Box. The last call I got saying that he was heading southbound on Normandie from the same intersection. A White or Hispanic male, slim-build, wearing a white t-shirt, black pants. He got a backpack on and then carrying a rifle.

Getting armed, T40. Suspicious person with a weapon complaint. I got it at Normandie at East Freeway and Normandie at McNair. Both carrying the 1100, 1000 block of Normandie. They are advising of a male. Appears to be a white male that's walking around the area with what appears to be a rifle. Carrying a backpack and a black hat on. Tall, medium height.
