9308 MacArthur Boulevard, 9308 MacArthur. Caller's a neighbor from 9312. 18-year-old Black female, dark-colored shirt, pink pants, keeps harassing the callers outside trying to clean her vehicle. There's an ongoing issue between the two of them. This one was trying to get in the caller's car to fight her.
