07. 07, took a call from a Tequila Miller. She was saying South Washington Vestal Ave that a car hit her arm and her elbow while she was on a scooter. She was uncooperative, just stated she just wanted to go home, just wanted to give us the plate. Said she was headed to 14th Isabel, apartment 505. If you can check on her welfare, just advise if she'd like a second car.
