Respond to the Walgreens, 45 Outwater Lane. It's going to be for a theft. We have reports of a male party who stole paper towels. As per the caller, the male party did have a backpack and two shopping bags. They're trying to figure out what the other proceeds were. He fled in a silver Toyota Highlander. The front plate was an Arizona wrench. The back plate was a Florida wrench. And he went eastbound on Outwater Lane, headed towards Midland.
