6 Charles 17. Go ahead. Sending you a welfare concern. 15015 Kirby at the Memorial Hermann Surgery Center. There is what is being described as a possibly homeless male sitting in front of the surgical center doors that appears to be in bad shape. Unknown if intoxicated, but he does seem incoherent when he is speaking. White male, brown shirt, brown pants, black shoes. He did request EMS. We'll have EMS check by. Priority 3. We'll be right back.
