Resident 1, broadcasting a one priority at Herndon and Willow. It's going to be a transfer from Clovis PD with a possible brandishing. RP advised he was walking with his cousin when a Black male adult dragged, last seen wearing a black shirt and a blue Tesla, pulled something out that appeared to be some sort of weapon. RP advised the incident occurred on the Walmart parking lot side block.
