Both cars, 1208 Vestal Ave on the back porch for a subject trespassing. Caller, it's hard to understand, he was whispering, stated possible female, no further description. Advised that his house was broken into the other day, thinks it could be the same subject. Saw them looking in the windows before he turned off all the lights and is now hiding inside.
