It occurred at Lowe's, 15 and Gratiot. Our caller is a witness, saying that a short white male wearing a red sweater and a taller white female in black leggings carrying a black bag just stole some items from Lowe's. They are now at the Flagstar Bank, 34945 Gratiot, in front of our stop.
