We’ve been calling 311 to let them know that this was gonna happen and it was already starting to leak for three months
No response until it completely broke
If you live on this block you’re gonna wanna grab a 5 gallon bucket some small garbage bags and a lid (cut a hole in the lid and put in over the trash bag line ) now you don’t have to go #2 at your friends house
The goblins that been seen coming out of the manholes throughout NYC did it.
