70, it's going to be a 10-66 male subject in the parking lot, sure to stay, 1720 North State Street. He's been at the location about an hour or longer, described as a male adult, blue or black hoodie and shorts on a silver bike. He was seen walking his bike next to vehicles, unknown if he was looking into the vehicles. Just has been in the parking lot for an extended period of time. Negative weapons seen, unknown HB or HNS. Was last seen on the northern side of the parking lot and the RP is requesting an area check. Nothing further.
