19-19. Go ahead. Got a suspicious person just occurred, 3001 South 51st Street Court, the Van Doren Villa. Residents calling in, three ago, a 20 to 30s-year-old Hispanic male with short hair, red shirt and shorts, unknown color, was walking through the lot, looking around at all the doors of the building. Party didn't touch anything, but caller's concerned due to recent break-ins. 1213, started walking.
