The guy I saw that kind of matched that description was, uh, he was walking in with, like, a female. He looked young. He was walking with a female. Like, he was probably north of this, three or four streets north on Parsons when I came down.

Hey, Dawn, you're back in? Yeah, I'm back. So, this car over here on Middletown, it was, it was, actually, it was broken into, and then they, the car, then somebody left southbound, uh, Ann, uh, Ann Street. Yeah, that's what the caller said. It broke into the trunk of that vehicle, and then they left on foot, going southbound on Ann, heading towards Gates. That's what the caller said. A male, black hoodie with a picture on the back, and black, black joggers. Okay. Yeah.
