Resident 1 to all units, broadcasting one priority, 4134 East Dayton. Have a suspicious subject, possibly a prowler, going through the neighborhood looking into people's windows. Started looking at RP's home, then ran. It's going to be a Hispanic male, 5'8", bald, thick-build, wearing a white tank top, black shorts, orange Crocs, no weapons seen. Timeout's about 10 ago. Last seen westbound Clinton, or westbound Dayton.
