Units respond to show, 4606 Warrensville Center. We have a caller en route and there's a male in an orange wheelchair that's intox and bothering people and refusing to leave. It's a black male, 60 to 70 years old, gray coat and beige sweatpants. He's also known to steal from the store. He's going to be amputated on both arms. Believes to be intox because of how he's sitting in the chair. He just stole a bag of chips under his pants.
