Any units with a showing a possible kidnap in progress, 634 East 27th Street. Suspect is a sister, female, Hispanic, long dark hair, black shirt, blue jeans. Suspect needs to take her child, non-Hispanic, for years. Suspect does not have custody of child. It's Code 3 incident 4815 and RD 1333. I'm in the unit, possible 4 from 9.
