Howard. Have you both take suspicious activity in progress, 415 Leavenworth Street at the Breaker's Apartments. 415 Leavenworth Street, Breaker's Apartments. Caller states there's a white possible Ford Escape unknown plate parked in the field between the train tracks and the sewer plants. Officers come from the right side and if officers come from the right side, you'll be able to see it. Advise, the caller believes it's sketchy. I don't know if anybody's inside the vehicle. 3B308.
