Taking a child call. 3515 Fowler Avenue. Anonymous caller states a small silver SUV parked on 36th Street. A female walked three children to this location. Argued with a male, left the children and a suitcase on the porch. Vehicle left northbound. Children are crying. Mom come back. They're 3, 5, and 10 years old.
