Suspect in the area of 214th and Walnut. 214 and Walnut, in regards to 15 teens running, driving scooters and doing wellies in the middle of the street. One was yelling and screaming. Possibly had tried to chase the caller. Go up Circus Street, Frankenstein. AM107.
