I mean if it’s the worst headache of their life and it came on all the sudden known as a thunder clap headache it’s a sign of a aneurysm …..
Yes or a stroke if they have really high blood pressure. I was told if I had all of a sudden gotten a headache or experienced chest pain or vision changes to immediately go to the ER when I had extremely high blood pressure. Maybe they don't have a car and got a ride in the ambulance?
