Base to 3425, 3412. Go for both. Start the 520 North Braddock Avenue in Zone 5. Caller's reporting a male that's pounding on the door, saying people are trying to kill him. It's a Black male, 50-years-old, bald, white t-shirt, tote bag, dark pants. Avenue for people doing drugs at that location. Please advise.
