41st and Broadway. We got two separate calls about a Black female with short hair wearing gray sweats. She was following a father and his two children, yelling that she's going to kill the family. She's heavy set, but she has no weapons. Now she's sitting across from this address in front of Brenda's. The other caller stated she's being aggressive to people, but just yelling no weapons. Answer number is 78313.
