In the lot at Kohl's, 4544 Scatterfield. Complainant states, saw subject steal shoes from the shoe carnival. States their vehicle is now parked out from the Sephora door. States suspect had on a baseball cap, long blonde wig. Couldn't describe the truck beyond saying it had items in the bed, possibly furniture. We did not receive a call directly from shoe carnival. Reportable.
