10-4. Nothing was coming our way. Start towards that 4 until Civil 11 gets on scene. It's 15915 Pines Boulevard at the Costco Pumps. The caller, the updates on it, the caller advised the other party crashed into the back of her vehicle and they were attempting to leave the scene, but the others were assisting in getting him to stay. I have Civil 11 responding to take the report.
