19 and 27, code 3 suspicious person, 6906 Flamingo Drive. Reports suspicious individual walking around the neighborhood, possible theft suspect. I'm not sure how he got that information. Caller has video footage. Black male, 40s, 5'6", medium-build, white shirt, black shorts, wearing a towel over his head. No other information. Unknown if any weapons are involved.
