Complainant from across the street states that there was a male party that was walking down the sidewalk around the building and went into the vestibule area near the offices. He appeared to have a flashlight and was lurking around for a bit. He did leave the province of Joseph's Catering and is now waiting. Walking eastbound on Columbia. You'll be looking for a white male wearing a blue windbreaker and jeans.
