Start for the area of West 8th Avenue and Clarke. West 8th Avenue and Clarke. First RP is advising that there is a Black male, late 30s, wearing, I don't know what he's wearing, advising he's in and out of bushes with firearm. And this caller truly believes he is hunting somebody. And then I've got a sec call, West Avenue and Mount Street advising there's a subject with a gun walking in the area.
