In front of 3 South Main Street, a parking lot for a speedy taco. Call was about 30 minutes old at time of call. It stated there was a male party, shouting and video recording the complainant. A white male, middle-aged, navy leather jacket, jeans, and sunglasses. He walked back to a black Toyota Camry, Connecticut Bravo Hotel, 92096. Was still in the parking lot when the call.
